These Terms govern your use of moving services provided by EZmovingexperts based in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
1. Services
EZmovingexperts provides residential, commercial, long distance, packing, and specialized moving services. Specific services and pricing will be detailed in your moving estimate/contract.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- Non-Binding Estimates: Final charges may vary based on actual weight, time, or services rendered.
- Binding Estimates: A guaranteed price based on an in-home or virtual survey.
- All estimates are valid for 30 days.
3. Booking & Cancellation
- Cancellations 72+ hours before: Full deposit refund
- Cancellations 24-72 hours before: 50% deposit forfeiture
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before: Full deposit forfeiture
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about items, ensure clear pathways and parking, disclose special handling needs, and be present at origin and destination.
5. Liability & Insurance
- Basic Coverage: Included at $0.60 per pound per article
- Full Value Protection: Available for additional fee at current market value
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery
6. Prohibited Items
We cannot transport hazardous materials, perishable food, live plants (long distance), pets, or large amounts of cash and jewelry.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, e-Transfer, credit cards, and debit cards.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through our internal claims process. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation in the Province of Ontario.
